Recd in broken condition. Raised replacement request with Beurer support and their vendor hindmed. Till date haven't received replacement. No support from Beurer for redressal of grievance. Extremely tough to get through Beurer customer care and whenever we were lucky we have been asked to contact their Vendor who is equally reluctant to help. Worst ever experience. A nightmare.
